Agile organizations should reflect on the work in order to help the teams improve their process and product. Retrospectives offer the greatest leverage for improvements based on the solid data from a teams immediate past experience of success and failure. For best results, smart teams and organizations convene Retrospectives entire projects – and again after delivery.

Participate in this two-day interactive workshop and take away a practical, flexible framework for Agile Retrospectives and increased skills and confidence to sponsorship, designing and leading Retrospectives. Explore the possibilities to integrate retrospectives in your project lifecycle. Gain insight into how to design, lead, modify and scale Retrospectives specifically for your team and organization. Learn techniques to handle problems and implement solutions. Identify ways to maintain the relevance of ongoing improvements to the work of your team. Participate in a demonstration with the retroactive application of a short class project. Collaborate to analyze a case study team then designs a retrospective fit. Build confidence by planning and directing a portion of the practice of retrospective activity.
