In this course, participants will learn the fundamental principles of Scrum and everything necessary for getting started with it by experiencing them directly from an industry expert. Participants will be trained on how to:
- break down barriers between development and customer improve a development team’s efficiency and productivity.
- enhance development methods, tools and functionality
The course enables participants to gain hands-on practice with the release backlog, sprint backlog, the daily Scrum meeting and tracking progress.
Certification:
By attending the course, participants receive access to the Scrum Alliance website, and can then take the online multiple choice exam to qualify as a Certified Scrum Master.
