Hun hedder Aino Vonge Corry, og hun er intet mindre end fremragende til at lede et retrospective. Så er banen vist kridtet op! Aino er uddannet datalog og er til dagligt, det hun selv kalder, software blæksprutte hos Trifork A/S. Med et par af armene styrer hun retrospectives både internt og eksternt i workshops rundt om i virksomheder. Hovedformålet med et retrospective er at se tilbage på sit arbejde og lære af sine erfaringer for at forbedre arbejdsprocesserne og planlægge fremadrettede. ”Det bedste for mig er, når selv skeptikerne må overgive sig. Og det oplever jeg ofte efter mine retrospectives. Alle får lejlighed til at lade deres frustrationer komme til udtryk og ikke mindst for at rose og anerkende hinanden i et miljø, hvor folk lytter til hinanden uden at bebrejde og pege fingre. Jeg sender folk hjem med helt konkrete forslag løsninger på problemer og frustrationer, som de har diskuteret i månedsvis uden at komme nogen vegne. Diana Larsen er det ypperste indenfor retrospectives. Hun er ikke dansk, som navnet ellers godt kan antyde. Diana Larsen er fra Portland, Oregon i USA. Hun er en fantastisk underviser og taler og er i det hele taget en stor personlighed.

Diana Larsen er konsulent hos FutureWorks Consulting. Med mere end 15 års erfaring i software industrien, er Dianas force at sætte fokus på den menneskelige side af organisationer, teams og projekter.Til daglig arbejder hun sammen med ledere og teams for at skabe arbejdsprocesser, hvor innovation, inspiration og fantasi kan få frit spil. Diana Larsen er aktiv i Agile Alliance, og så har hun skrevet den absolut førende bog om retrospectives i agil udvikling. Participate in a demonstration with the retroactive application of a short class project. Collaborate to analyze a case study team then designs a retrospective fit. Build confidence by planning and directing a portion of the practice of retrospective activity.
