Mine retrospectives er hårdt arbejde for deltagerne, men jeg sørger for, at de kommer sikkert i mål af en konstruktiv vej. Du kan sammenligne det med motion. Hvis det foregår regelmæssigt, bliver formen bedre og du undgår hjerteproblemer,” forklarer Aino Vonge Corry.  Aino er uddannet datalog og er til dagligt, det hun selv kalder, software blæksprutte hos Trifork A/S. Med et par af armene styrer hun retrospectives både internt og eksternt i workshops rundt om i virksomheder.  Hovedformålet med et retrospective er at se tilbage på sit arbejde og lære af sine erfaringer for at forbedre arbejdsprocesserne og planlægge fremadrettede.  ”Det bedste for mig er, når selv skeptikerne må overgive sig. Og det oplever jeg ofte efter mine retrospectives. Alle får lejlighed til at lade deres frustrationer komme til udtryk og ikke mindst for at rose og anerkende hinanden i et miljø, hvor folk lytter til hinanden uden at bebrejde og pege fingre. Jeg sender folk hjem med helt konkrete forslag løsninger på problemer og frustrationer, som de har diskuteret i månedsvis uden at komme nogen vegne.
