About the course:
Agile project management is as radically different from traditional project management as agile processes are different from traditional methodologies. Rather than plan, instruct and direct, the agile project manager facilitates, coaches and leads. This person is called a ScrumMaster.
The purpose of this course is to train ScrumMasters. The participants will learn how to make a development team, a project, or an organization agile. Exercises, case studies, and examples are used to bring home the realization of how to be a successful ScrumMaster.
Each individual is trained to be able to assume the following responsibilities:
- Remove the barriers between development and the customer
- Teach the customer how to maximize ROI and meet their objectives through Scrum
- Improve the working conditions for the development team
- Improve the productivity of the development team
- Improve the engineering practices and tools so each increment of functionality is potentially shippable
Each participant will receive a copy of the Scrum training materials.
Certification
From October 1st 2009 participant are required to pass an online exam (multiple choise) to be Certified Scrum Master. You’ll have 90 days after the course to pass the exam. For more information please see Scrum Master Exam at Scrum Alliance.
When passing the exam you will be listed as Certified Scrum Masters at Scrum Alliance. As a Certified Scrum Master you are authorized to participate in ‘open’ development of the Scrum methodology and software and to continue your Scrum education (e.g. Scrum Practitioner).

Scrum er et simpelt, men på samme tid et effektivt agilt ledelsesværktøj.
Agil projektledelse differentierer sig ligeså radikalt fra traditionel projektledelse, som agile processer adskiller sig fra traditionel metodik. Den agile projektleder coacher frem for at planlægge og instruere. Denne person kaldes en Scrum Master.
Aktuelle ScrumMaster kurser
Formål
Formålet med dette kursus er at certificere deltagerne som Scrum Masters. Deltagerne vil blive introduceret til hvordan man coacher og leder et udviklingsteam, et projekt eller en organisation på vejen mod agilitet. Øvelser, case studies og eksempler anvendes til at forstå, hvordan man bliver en succesfuld Scrum Master.
Kursusdeltagerne trænes i:
- at nedbryde barrierer mellem udvikling og kunde
- at lære kunden, hvordan man maksimerer ROI og opnår de fastsatte mål ved hjælp af Scrum
- at forbedre udviklingsteamets arbejdsforhold
- at forbedre udviklingsteamets produktivitet
- at forbedre udviklingsmetoder, værktøjer og funktionalitet
Certificering:
Efter kurset vil deltagerne modtage en mail fra Scrum Alliance bl.a. med oplysninger om brugernavn/password. Ved registrering hos Scrum Alliance kan deltageren gennemføre en online multible choice test, som skal beståes for at opnå certificeringen (se mere på http://www.scrumalliance.org/scrum_certification). Efter at deltageren har bestået testen, kan man generere sit certifikat og vil efterfølgende blive registreret som Certificeret Scrum Master på www.scrumalliance.org
Som certificeret Scrum Master er du autoriseret til at deltage i udviklingen af Scrum metodikken. Der er i dag mere end 50.000 certificerede Scrum Masters på verdensplan.
Målgruppe og forudsætninger
Udgangspunktet for at deltage i Scrum certificeringen er forståelse for det basale i projektledelse samt et ønske om at vide mere om, hvordan Scrum fungerer og implementeres i en organisation.
Deltagerne kan være projektledere, administrative ledere, udviklere el. lignende, der har erfaring med projekter, der har til formål at udvikle eller forbedrer services eller produkter.

Efter at have fulgt dette kursus, vil du forstå, hvordan du kan udnytte Scrum til at optimere værdiskabelse og kundetilfredshed. Aktuelle Scrum Product Owner kurser
Agile project management is as radically different from traditional project management as agile processes are different from traditional methodologies. Rather than plan, instruct and direct, the agile project manager facilitates, coaches and leads. This person is called a ScrumMaster.
The purpose of this course is to train ScrumMasters. The participants will learn how to make a development team, a project, or an organization agile. Exercises, case studies, and examples are used to bring home the realization of how to be a successful ScrumMaster.
Each individual is trained to be able to assume the following responsibilities:
- Remove the barriers between development and the customer
- Teach the customer how to maximize ROI and meet their objectives through Scrum
- Improve the working conditions for the development team
- Improve the productivity of the development team
- Improve the engineering practices and tools so each increment of functionality is potentially shippable
Each participant will receive a copy of the Scrum training materials.
Certification
From October 1st 2009 participant are required to pass an online exam (multiple choise) to be Certified Scrum Master. You’ll have 90 days after the course to pass the exam. For more information please see Scrum Master Exam at Scrum Alliance.
When passing the exam you will be listed as Certified Scrum Masters at Scrum Alliance. As a Certified Scrum Master you are authorized to participate in ‘open’ development of the Scrum methodology and software and to continue your Scrum education (e.g. Scrum Practitioner).
Target Audience and Preconditions
To participate in the Scrum Certification course it is necessary for the participant to have a basic understanding of project management, together with a desire to learn more about Scrum; how you use it and how it’s implemented in an organization. The participants may be project managers, administrative managers, developers or similar who have experience with projects that develops or improves products or services.

Scrum er et simpelt, men på samme tid et effektivt agilt ledelsesværktøj.
Agil projektledelse differentierer sig ligeså radikalt fra traditionel projektledelse som agile processer adskiller sig fra traditionel metodik. Den agile projektleder coacher frem for at planlægge og instruere. Denne person kaldes en Scrum Master.
Formål
Formålet med dette kursus er at certificere deltagerne som Scrum Masters. Deltagerne vil blive introduceret til hvordan man coacher og leder et udviklingsteam, et projekt eller en organisation på vejen mod agilitet. Øvelser, case studies og eksempler anvendes til at forstå, hvordan man bliver en succesfuld Scrum Master.
Kursusdeltagerne trænes i:

* at lære kunden hvorledes man maksimerer ROI og opnå de fastsatte mål ved hjælp af Scrum

Efter certificeringen vil deltagerne modtage et individuelt certificeringsbevis samt Scrum undervisningsmaterialet. Desuden bliver alle certificerede Scrum Masters listet på: http://www.scrumalliance.org/
Som certificeret Scrum Master er du autoriseret til at deltage i udviklingen af Scrum metodikken. Der er i dag mere end 50.000 certificerede Scrum Masters på verdensplan.
Målgruppe og forudsætninger
Udgangspunktet for at deltage i Scrum certificeringen er forståelse for det basale i projektledelse samt et ønske om at vide mere om, hvordan Scrum fungerer og implementeres i en organisation.
Deltagerne kan være projektledere, administrative ledere, udviklere el. lignende, der har erfaring med projekter, der har til formål at udvikle eller forbedrer services eller produkter. Forudsætningen for at deltage er, at deltageren har læst én af Scrum bøgerne f.eks. Agile Software Development with SCRUM, by Ken Schwaber, Mike Beedle.
