Scrum is a simple but very effective management tool. Agile Project Management with Scrum differentiates itself radically from traditional project management. It is a highly iterative and incremental process where the team and the stakeholders intensively work together. The Scrum Master basically guides the team’s use of Scrum and helps to identify and overcome obstacles or barriers.

Purpose:

The Certified Scrum Master course was formulated to train and certify Scrum Masters. In this course, participants will learn the fundamental principles of Scrum and everything necessary for getting started with it by experiencing them directly from an industry expert.
