Emergency Medical Record
Trifork Emergency Medical Record
The Trifork Emergency Medical Record provides a simple and comprehensive overview of patient data. Hence, the clinician can establish an overview of a new patient quickly. The acute medical record has single sign-on to all data sources and the clinician logs on by submitting fingerprints.
Specialized screens
Patient data is shown in simple survey images, which provides the clinician with a quick overview of patient history. Focus is on ”the unknown patient” who is not already in the EPJ (Electronic Patient Journal) or known by the clinician. Medicine
Patient medicine data comes directly from the FMK. The specialized FMK makes it possible to sort and group by ie drug name and ingredient. The latter may be interesting if a patient has had several drugs prescribed, and each of these contain ”a bit” of a certain ingredient. The total amount could have become too large without notice.
Course and diagnosis
Diagnoses, notes and discharge summaries come directly from eJournal (SUP). These data can be accessed either with a focus on course and by date, or grouped by codes of diagnosis or groups of diagnoses, according to clinician needs.
Search
It is simple for the clinician to make a cross search in the data sources, be it an ad-hoc search or by defining standard searches which are always carried out when downloading patient data.
Log on with fingerprint
- For the first time fingerprint and digital signature are coupled
- Simultaneous log on to several systems using fingerprint
- No extra user names and passwords
Trifork has more than 10 years experience with the integration, security and management of sensitive personal data within the health care system. That knowledge and the experience it has given us, we combine with the design and principles from our many smartphones and tablet apps, to make it simpler for the clinicians.
